The workshop, based on Gallup CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder), will be lead by Bonnie Henriksen of Life Song Coaching. The tool is helping corporations and non-profit organizations around the world transform their workplace culture.
CliftonStrengths divides 34 different strength themes into four domains of Strategic Thinking, Relationship Building, Influencing, and Executing. Participants will delve into personalized profiles and how they shape behaviors and perceptions and identify team strengths to develop and grow your organization and its capacity.
Gallup research reveals that individuals who know and use their strengths are more likely to be engaged and productive at work and have a great quality of life.
